On Monday, February 28, 2022, RIDEM will be offering the second workshop in a series regarding the New Freshwater Wetlands Rules (referenced as 250-RICR-150-15-3) that will take full effect on July 1, 2022.  This workshop will be held as a Zoom Webinar. The workshop is tailored to persons involved in the wetlands permitting process including applicants, design professionals, and consultants.  The agenda for this workshop will include:

  *   Permitting Framework and Standards Overview
  *   Application Types
  *   Submittal Requirements
