INSP 150 MAY 26, 2022
This one-day class focuses on how to perform a functional (point-of-sale) inspection of a conventional wastewater treatment system which is typically done prior to home sales. Topics covered include a brief inspection refresher, elements of a functional inspection, newer tools and techniques, and wastewater management. We’ll go in the field later in the day to perform an actual blind functional inspection. Please note class participants may need to walk some distance over uneven terrain to access blind inspections.
