[Owtsinfo] Attention OWTS Designers: Infiltrator Quick4 Chambers A/E Certification Revised

Attention OWTS Designers: Effective February 1, 2023 the Infiltrator Quick4 Chambers A/E Certification has been revised to include the Quick4 Plus Standard Low-Profile Chamber, in addition to the two other currently existing chambers. The updated certification and manual can now be found on the RIDEM OWTS A/E Technology List.
