[Owtsinfo] Clarification - URI NEOWTP BSF Fall Training Opportunity

 OWTS Community,

A miscommunication with our previous message regarding BSF certifications has been brought to our attention.

If you are already listed on the BSF registered Designers/Installers page found here<https://dem.ri.gov/environmental-protection-bureau/water-resources/professional-licensing/owts-professional-licensing>, you do not need to retake the courses.

To clarify, the certificates being issued from the upcoming OWT 125 course will expire after 5 years if not provided to the RIDEM.

For example, if you obtained the required certificates in 2024, but do not provide them to RIDEM until 2030, then you will need to retake the courses.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused,
