<p class=MsoNormal>DEM has issued public notice for proposed revisions to the
Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Rules. The purpose of these
revisions is to modify certain OWTS upgrade requirements in the Salt Pond and
Narrow River Critical Resource Areas, to streamline Alternative and
Experimental Technology approval process, to make rules pertaining to cesspool
phase-out consistent with revisions to R.I.G.L. § 23-19.15, and other minor
technical clarifications.<o:p></o:p></p>

will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 4, 2012. You can submit
