and stabilize bare and disturbed soils</span><span style="color:#1F4E79"> </span>
<span style="color:black">and if it can’t be done by Nov 15<sup>th</sup> with vegetation, then you will need to apply more expensive and seasonally appropriate techniques.
<b><i> </i></b>You are responsible for keeping soil <b>on your property </b>and out of water resources (i.e. storm drains, wetlands, and the coast), even through the winter.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
