<p class="MsoNormal">The RIDEM recently re-promulgated the OWTS Rules to conform to a new format known as the R.I. Code of Regulations. The revised
<i>Rules Establishing Minimum Standards Relating to Location, Design, Construction and Maintenance of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems</i> will be in effect starting November 25, 2018.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The big change for OWTS practitioners is the fact that OWTS Rule numbers have changed and the
<i>Guidelines for the Design, Use and Maintenance of Pressurized Drainfields</i> have become part of the OWTS Rules.
