<p class="MsoNormal">It recently came to the DEM’s attention that during the recodification of the OWTS Rules which became effective on 11-25-18 there was an error of omission. The error occurred in the Footnotes Section of 6.23.B - Minimum Setback Distances.
Note 2 from the previous rule was accidentally omitted from this section.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The DEM has addressed this issue by revising the “User-Friendly” version of the OWTS Rules which was distributed previously for use by practitioners. The revised document is attached to this email and can also be found on the DEM OWTS Professionals
