<b>December 31, 2020</b>. <b><a href="http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/water/licenses/isds/pdfs/installrenew.pdf"><span style="color:#0563C1">Applications for OWTS Installer License Renewal</span></a></b> forms are now available for download from our
website at: <b><a href="http://www.dem.ri.gov/owtslicensing"><span style="color:#0563C1">dem.ri.gov/owtslicensing</span></a>
</b>Submit completed forms and payment to the address listed on the front of the form. Renewal forms
<u>will not</u> be sent out by mail<b> </b>and individual licenses <u>will not</u> be mailed for renewals. Installers must provide an email address on the renewal application to receive an active license status notification. The
<a href="http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/water/licenses/isds/pdfs/instlist.pdf">
<span style="color:#0563C1">List of Licensed OWTS Installers</span></a> will also be updated on our website to view active license status.
