<span style="font-size:12.0pt">Specifically, the Public Hearing for the proposed adoption of the Rules and Regulations Governing the Administration and Enforcement of the Freshwater Wetlands Act (250-RICR-150-15-2) will be held January 6, 2021 at 1:00-3:00
pm. It will be followed by the Public hearing for the associated repeal of the current rules (250-RICR-150-15-1). </span></p>
