<span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:black">Attached is a Public Notice issued by the New England District of the US Army Corps of Engineers with respect to a joint outreach event this Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 9:00 am (with US EPA, RI DEM and RI CRMC) on regulatory
changes for Department of Army Permits. Specifically, the event will discuss new definitions of Waters of the US under the Navigable Waters Protection Rule, as well as changes in Regulations related to Section 401 of the Clean Water Act (regarding Water Quality
Certification). This will be a valuable outreach event for environmental consultants, applicants, and other stakeholders interested in regulatory changes affecting wetlands and other jurisdictional waters in Rhode Island. Information on how to register for
