in the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) “Septic System Checkup: the RI Handbook for Inspection” and including field work with blind inspections during a two-day class that</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> includes classroom
training (offered online September 23) and an in-person field day (September 24). Take the class in order to join the NEOWTP Inspector Registry (following successful completion of the inspector exam during the second day of class), build your knowledge base,
or simply to refresh your practice. NEOWTP inspector registry classes meet requirements for Town-approved inspectors in Charlestown, Portsmouth, and Jamestown. Please note, registrants seeking to join the NEOWTP Onsite Wastewater Inspector Registry will receive

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">The NEOWTP has scheduled three field days in Fall 2021 for registrants seeking in-person training. These in-person classes include INSP 100B , "Conventional Onsite Wastewater System Inspection Field Training" on September 2 (limited
availability), Technology Vendor Field Day on October 7 and OWT 168, "Layered Soil Treatment Areas (LSTAs) Field Tour" on December 2. All classes must meet a minimum number of registrants to run-please do not wait to register or you risk class cancellation.
