Nancy:
Do you know who at URI prepared this survey – is it a student project?
In responding to the survey I found many of the questions to be poorly designed, not neutrally weighted and, at times, creating logical “false choice” scenarios intended to arrive at a pro-solar conclusion.
The Coventry Planning Dept. has been solicited for information by an individual holding themselves out as a URI student working on a graduate project on solar.  While I have no basis to question this individual’s status as a student, we have confirmed from records that this individual is or was an employee of and advocate for a renewable energy company.  If this same individual is connected with this URI survey there is a possibility of bias.
