[Rimarinefisheries] information on RIDEM Marine Fisheries listserve services

Good morning. This email is to inform you that the RIDEM Marine Fisheries section will be discontinuing use of the "rimarinefishinfo" listserve for DEM notifications. Everyone who was on the rimarinefishinfo listserve has been migrated to the "rimarinefisheries" listserve (the system from which this email was sent), so there will be no interruption in information to anyone who was already signed up to both listserve services. 
The purpose of this change is to simplify our notification process, it was often unclear as to which notification system to use for certain messages, so now all meeting notices and regulatory filing notices will be sent on this single listserve. We do not believe this will impact your email volume in a significant way, and we believe the information you will be receiving will be more comprehensive leading to a more informed fishing community.
The rimarinefishinfo listserve will be re-purposed for the fishing community to post meeting notices for their organizations. A separate email will be sent out on that service explaining this in greater detail.
