SUBJECT:    Regulation amendment

 

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations was yesterday, April
7, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

 

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
3.1.4 - This filing is to CLOSE the commercial possession limit for
Black sea bass beginning 12:01AM on Friday, April 10, 2015. [This
regulation amendment becomes effective upon filing].
