[Rimarinefisheries] FW: Commercial Black Sea Bass - clarification of commercial possession limit

Hello,

Regulations effective January 1, 2016 for the commercial harvest of Black Sea Bass provide for a weekly aggregate possession limit during the Jan. 1 - April 30 sub-period.  Per regulation, a week is defined as "a calendar week, which means the period beginning on Sunday at 12:00AM and ending on 11:59PM of the immediately following Saturday".

As January 1, 2016 is on a Friday, the beginning of this sub-period is not a full calendar week; however, please be advised that the aggregate limit may be possessed for this portion of this week (from January 1 through January 2) until full calendar weeks begin on January 3.
