SUBJECT:  Regulation amendment

 

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed
tomorrow, February 26, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

 

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
3.1.4 - This filing is to DECREASE the commercial possession limit for
Black sea bass to 100 lbs/vessel/day beginning 12:01AM on Saturday,
February 28, 2015. [This regulation amendment becomes effective upon
filing].
