SUBJECT:    Regulation filing

 

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed today,
December 18, 2014.  In summary, the change is as follows:

 

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
3.1.4 - This filing DECREASE the commercial possession limit for Black
sea bass to 500 lbs/vessel/day beginning 12:01AM on Saturday, January
24, 2015. [This regulation amendment becomes effective upon filing].
