[Rimarinefisheries] Commercial possession limit modification - Close Menhaden in the Mgmt. Area; Close Black sea bass

A commercial possession limit modification was made today and is as follows:

CLOSE commercial menhaden in the Menhaden Management Area beginning 12:01AM on Monday, November 9, 2015, until further notice;

CLOSE commercial Black sea bass beginning November 9, 2015, until the next sub-period begins on January 1, 2016, at 750 lbs/vessel/day.
