[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendment - Decrease commercial possession limit for Scup

Apologies, there was an error on our earlier notice. The decreased possession of 5,000 lbs is per week, not day. Please see below for a corrected notice:

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed today, October 16, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This amendment DECREASES the commercial possession limit for Scup General Category to 5,000 lbs/vessel/week beginning 12:01AM on Sunday October 18, 2015, until the Winter II sub-period begins on November 1, 2015 at 18,000 lbs/vessel/day.  [This regulation amendment becomes effective upon filing].
