[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendment - OPEN Menhaden in the Menhaden Management Area

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed today,
September 14th, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

 

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This amendment OPENS the commercial Menhaden fishery in the
Narragansett Bay Menhaden Management Area at 120,000 lbs/vessel/day
beginning 12:01AM on Tuesday, September 15, 2015. [This regulation
amendment becomes effective upon filing].
