[Rimarinefisheries] SAFIS server maintenance

ACCSP/ASMFC is planning to do some maintenance upgrades to the server and supporting software used by the SAFIS systems.

As a result, all SAFIS systems will be offline during this change on Wednesday August 10 from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.  All online applications (eDR, eTRIPS)  will be unavailable, mobile applications will be available, however data will not be able to be submitted.

There will be a notice on the login page informing users of the downtime.  There will also be an error page explaining the downtime if users attempt to login during that time.
