[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments

Hello,

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) were filed as a result of a public hearing held on February 16, 2016 and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on March 7, 2016.  These regulations will become effective on April 20, 2016.  In summary, the amendments are as follows:


RIMFR Part 3 - Finfish:
*         Commercial Coastal Sharks.
*         Skate (recreational, skate bait, and skate wings).
*         General editing for improved clarity.



RIMFR - Part 12 -  Striped Bass regulations:
*         Commercial Striped Bass general category.
*         Commercial striped bass tags.
*         Striped bass fin-clipping.
*

RIMFR - Part 7 - Dealer regulations:
*         General editing for improved clarity.
*         Striped bass fin clipping provision.
