[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) Part 3 - Finfish and Part 4 - Shellfish were filed today, April 7th, as a result of the public hearing held on February 13, 2017, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on February 28, 2017.  These regulations become effective on April 27th.
