[Rimarinefisheries] RI Summer Flounder Aggregate Landing Program - 2018 Winter sub-period. Application Form and Instructions

The application form and instructions for the RI Summer Flounder Aggregate Landing Program - 2018 Winter sub-period is now available (attached).  Applications may be submitted to DEM Coastal Resources, 301 Great Island Road, Narragansett, RI 02882; Attn: Summer Flounder Aggregate Landing Program.



Criteria for eligibility:

1. The owner must possess a RI Summer Flounder Exemption Certificate.

2. The owner and operator(s) must hold a valid 2018 commercial license capable of landing summer flounder (i.e., MPURP, PEL, RESLND, NRLNDR).

3. The vessel shall be operated by a licensed person who has not been assessed a criminal or administrative penalty in the past three years for a violation of RIMFR Finfish Section 3 or more than one marine fisheries violation.
