[Rimarinefisheries] Placement of data buoys in Bay State Wind lease area

Attached is a Notice to Fishermen of environmental monitoring buoys which are being deployed in the Bay State Wind lease area south of Martha's Vineyard.  Fishermen should be aware of the mooring details included in the Notice.  The buoys will have live video of sea conditions which fishermen may access in real-time - a weblink is provided on the Notice.
