[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments

Hello,

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) Part 4 - Shellfish were filed March 7th, as a result of the public hearing held on November 16, 2016, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on December 5, 2016.  These regulations became effective on March 27th.

Also, amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations (RIMFR) Part 12 - Striped Bass, and Part 16 - Menhaden were filed Thursday, March 23rd, as a result of the public hearing held on February 13th, and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on February 28th.
