[Rimarinefisheries] DONG Energy survey in federal waters off RI starting May 16th

Starting May 16th, 2017 DONG Energy will be conducting a reconnaissance survey of an export cable route in federal waters. The survey is estimated to last 24 days, weather permitting. A local fisherman will serve as the onboard fisheries point of contact, advising the vessel master to avoid gear conflicts. Fishermen working in the Survey Area with questions are requested to contact the fishing industry representative aboard RV Ocean Researcher:
