[Rimarinefisheries] Workshop: Expanded pilot aggregate program for commercial black sea bass and summer flounder

MEETING NOTICE

Pursuant to the provisions of RI Gen. Laws § 42-35-2.5 "Advance notice of proposed rulemaking", the Director of the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) will hold a workshop for the purposes of seeking public input in advance of a public notice regarding the development of program requirements and regulations for an expanded pilot aggregate program for commercial black sea bass and summer flounder (Part 12- Regulations for an Expanded Aggregate Program for Commercial Black Sea Bass and Summer Flounder (250-RICR-90-00-12))

A workshop will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 7:30PM at the University of Rhode Island, Graduate School of Oceanography, Corless Auditorium, South Ferry Road, Narragansett, RI 02882, immediately upon conclusion of the Division's public hearing that will begin at 6:00PM.

A powerpoint presentation and regulations are being developed and will be made available as soon as completed.
