Notice to Fishermen

Bay State Wind geotechnical surveys to start mid-July 2018.

The Benthic Shallow Water Geotechnical Survey aboard the BCH Barge will be operating for about 5 days on portions of the Sakonnet River.  The Offshore Geotechnical Survey will be conducted aboard the MV Commander, which will be operating in federal waters for approximately 40 days.

Please refer to the attached two Notices to Fishermen for Geotechnical Surveys for more information. Mariners may request laminated hardcopies of the notices for on board use by texting Bay State Wind Project Fisheries Liaison Officer John Williamson (207-939-7055) with a mailing address.
