[Rimarinefisheries] Conditional Area A closure

To address concerns raised during FDA's review of Office of Water Resources' Shellfish Program, after rain events greater than 3.0 inches in 24 hours, Conditional Area A will close until sampling results demonstrate that water quality supports reopening.

Effective noon today (9/26/18) Conditional Area A is closed until further notice. DEM plans to commence sampling next Wednesday or Thursday.

Previously these waters would have automatically re-opened after 10 days, barring no other event that would require an extension of the closure.
