[Rimarinefisheries] Vineyard Wind public meeting scheduled for Friday February 15th

[RI Marine Fisheries]

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has rescheduled the Rhode Island public meeting for the Vineyard Wind project for this Friday February 15th from 5 - 8 PM. This meeting is a requirement of the National Environmental Policy Act during the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement. Public comments will be accepted at this meeting. Public commenting on the Vineyard Wind Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was also extended in light of the federal government shutdown. If you would like to have your voice heard regarding the Vineyard Wind offshore wind development project, submit comments by February 22nd.
