[Rimarinefisheries] RI DEM with a Shellfish Hotline Update

[RI Marine Fisheries]

This is RI DEM with a Shellfish Hotline Update, effective at sunrise November 25th 2019, Area "A", Area "D", Greenwich Bay, Mt. Hope Bay, and the Kickemuit River will be closed to shellfishing and are scheduled to reopen at sunrise on December 2nd, 2019.
