This is a Direct Final Rule (DFR) filing with no hearing scheduled.  In general, the Division utilizes DFR filings only for Fisheries Management Plan (FMP) compliance matters and minor corrections or clarifications to inaccurate or unclear regulations.  If no comments are received the rule will become effective on the date of last day of the comment period (Oct. 7 - Nov. 6).
