[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendment filed

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations, Part 4 - Shellfish<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-4>, were filed today, October 24, 2019, with an effective date of November 13, 2019.  The purpose of this filing is to amend the winter harvest schedules for Greenwich Bay and Bissel Cove/Fox Is. Shellfish Management Areas.

For rules not yet effective, the new rule and rulemaking documents can be viewed under the yellow "View Details" tab.
