[Rimarinefisheries] Rhode Island Department of State Rules and Regulations Notification

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Please be advised that amendments to RI Marine Fisheries regulations were filed on yesterday, resulting from a public hearing held on November 9th and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on December 7th.   The effective date of these rules is January 5, 2021.  Please refer to the Secretary of State notice below for full details of the rules filed.
