[Rimarinefisheries] Rhode Island Department of State Rules and Regulations Notification

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations, Part 1 – Definitions and General Provisions, and Part 4 – Shellfish, were filed Friday, January 3, 2020, resulting from the public hearing that took place on November 12, 2019, and RI Marine Fisheries Council on December 2, 2019.  The effective date for these rules is January 23, 2020 (links are provided below).
