[Rimarinefisheries] Public Notice - proposed regulation amendments

PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has publicly noticed four (4) regulations for proposed amendment and/or adoption:

  *   Part 3- Finfish<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-90-00-3>
  *   Part 4 - Shellfish<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-90-00-4>
  *   Part 5 - Lobsters, Crabs, and Other Crustaceans<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-90-00-5>
  *   Part 14 - Summer Flounder Exemption Certificate Program<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-90-00-14>
The public comment period ends on May 31.  The public notices (attached) include summaries of the proposed rules, as well as contact information and address to submit comments.  Each of the rules identified above are linked to the Secretary of State's website, where the rulemaking documents (i.e., public notice and proposed rules) can be viewed.  Also, please refer to the Division webpage<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/marine-fisheries/rimfc/index.php> for the workshop presentations where these proposed amendments were discussed.
