DEM PROVIDES GUIDANCE FOR PARTY AND CHARTER BOAT OPERATIONS


Party and charter boat operations may begin charter trips. All trips taken must comply with all RIDOH regulations and active Executive Orders.

In addition to complying with RIDOH regulations and executive orders, all trips must follow procedures outlined in this guidance document<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.reopeningri.com_resource-5Fpdfs_Party-2Dand-2Dcharter-2Dboat-2Dguidance.pdf&d=DwIFAg&c=tSLbvWYfvulPN3G_n48TUw&r=3BstAh1AIW6SHvV_EHOlOepYPd7JCak2xCc2dTp6fSKIbravRbCWe8iBt1PxQJ3O&m=frIdNcpSI82maV8_S_hlrjDdcHR7xtXzhdwS1r1IsMg&s=eqhyc4B4XBqQKl8KH6QRgUBj-ZzhaYQh4xZGOVspHFk&e= > specific to party and charter operations. All trips must accommodate physical distancing and cleaning procedures, require face coverings, and limit group sizes based on vessel size as described, as well as other practices as explained in the guidance document. Online bookings are strongly encouraged to eliminate paper tickets and cash transactions.
