PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
Please be advised that the Division of Coastal Resources has publicly noticed the regulation “Port Operations Regulations and Berthing Management System (250­RICR­50­00­1)<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-50-00-1>” to consider proposed amendments to the rule.
A public hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on October 27, 2020 at 6:00 pm.
