Please be advised that the following regulations have been filed for amendment resulting from the public hearing held on November 9th and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on November 30th:

  *   Part 14 – Summer Flounder Exemption Certificate Program:<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/Regulations/part/250-90-00-14?reg_id=11494>  Program amendments (effective date January 1, 2022)
