[Rimarinefisheries] Whelk pot tags

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Attention Whelk Fishermen!

Please be advised that whelk pot tags for the 2021 fishing season (April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022) will no longer be available for direct purchase through DEM at the Division of Coastal Resources office in Galilee or the Division of Marine Fisheries office in Jamestown.  Tags must now be ordered through Cambridge Security Seals.  Please see the attached instructions/order form for specific ordering details and contact information for questions.

Current tags expire March 31, 2021.  New tags must be properly attached in all whelk pots deployed in state waters beginning April 1st.
