[Rimarinefisheries] Commercial Tautog Tags

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Please be advised that all RI commercial fishermen who received commercial tautog tags in 2020 must return all unused tags and tag reports to DEM no later than February 15, 2021.  Failure to return all unused tags and tag reports may result in ineligibility to receive tags in 2021.

Unused 2020 RI commercial tautog tags may be returned by mail, or dropped off during business hours 8:30-4 Monday-Friday, to one of the following DEM offices:

Division of Marine Fisheries
3 Fort Wetherill Road
Jamestown, RI 02835

Division of Coastal Resources
301 Great Island Road
Narragansett, RI 02882

Tagging reports may be submitted via email (Nichole.ares at dem.ri.gov<mailto:Nichole.ares at dem.ri.gov>), mail, or fax (f: 401-423-1925).  Additional reporting forms can be found on the Division website here<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/bnatres/marine/pdf/tautogrpt.pdf>.
