PUBLIC NOTICE
PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has publicly noticed the following regulations to consider proposed amendments:

  *   Part 3 - Finfish<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-90-00-3>
  *   Part 6 – General Equipment Provisions<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/promulgations/part/250-90-00-6>
Each of the above listed rules is linked to the Secretary of State’s website<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/organizations/subchapter/250-90-00> where the public notices and proposed rules can be viewed.

Proposed amendments were presented at a public workshop on January 5, 2021.  Please go to the Division’s calendar page<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/marine-fisheries/rimfc/index.php> to view the workshop presentation.

A public hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on February 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Please see the attached notice for meeting details.
