[Rimarinefisheries] Regulation amendments

Please be advised that the following regulations have been filed for amendment resulting from the public hearing held on September 13th and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held on October 12th:


  *   Part 2 - Commercial Saltwater Fishing Licenses and Landing Permits:<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-2/11455>  Amended exit:entry ratio for the Restricted Finfish endorsement from 1:1 to 1:2 (effective date January 1, 2022)
  *   Part 4 - Shellfish:<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-4/11491>  December 2021 harvest schedules for Greenwich Bay, Bissel Cove/Fox Island, and Providence River Shellfish Management Areas (effective date November 9, 2021)
  *   Part 6 - General Equipment Provisions:<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-6/11456>  Floating fish trap permit issuance process (effective date November 8, 2021)
