Please be advised that amendments to the Division of Marine Fisheries regulation “Part 2 – Commercial Marine Fishing Licenses, Landing Permits, and Party and Charter Licenses<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/Regulations/part/250-90-00-2?reg_id=12752>” have been filed, resulting from a public hearing held on April 11, 2022, and RI Marine Fisheries Council held on April 26, 2022.
