PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has publicly noticed the following regulation(s) to consider proposed amendments:

  *   Part 2 – Commercial Marine Fishing Licenses, Landing Permits, and Party and Charter Licenses: (250-RICR-90-00-2)<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/Promulgations/Part/250-90-00-2>:
     *   Exit:entry ratio for the issuance of the Unlimited Finfish endorsement
     *   Exit:entry ratio for the issuance of the Unlimited Shellfish endorsement
     *   Proposed rules for the issuance of the new Multipurpose Vessel License (MVL)
     *   Other minor non-substantive changes

A public hearing will be held Monday, September 12, 2022, 6:00pm, both in-person and virtually.
