PUBLIC NOTICE
PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has publicly noticed the following regulation(s) to consider proposed amendments:
1.      Part 2 - Commercial Marine Fishing Licenses, Landing Permits, and Party and Charter Licenses<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/Promulgations/Part/250-90-00-2>
2.      Part 7 - Dealers<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/Promulgations/Part/250-90-00-7>

Please click on the links above to view the proposed regulations, summaries, and supporting documentation (summary also attached).  Please be advised that per R.I. Gen Laws Chapter 42-35 "Administrative Procedures", the noticed rule may only contain a single proposal. To view all proposals to be considered for regulatory adoption, please refer to the summary document.  All summary document proposals will be presented at the hearing.  Interested parties are invited to submit written or oral comments concerning the proposed rules through Thursday, September 21, 2023.  Send comments by mail or email to:
