[Rimarinefisheries] Final rules adopted - recreational cod and recreational striped bass

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has filed the regulations "Part 3 - Finfish"<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-3> via Direct Final Amendment to adopt changes for recreational cod and recreational striped bass management.  Please see the attached rule summary for details, or click on the link to the rule provided above. The effective date for these rule changes was September 14, 2023.
