2024 Summer/Fall program of the Aggregate Landing Program for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass – Applications now being accepted

Please be advised that applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Summer/Fall program of the Aggregate Landing Program for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-23>. This program provides weekly possession limits for authorized persons for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass between May 1 and December 31 2024. The application is attached and also available on the Division’s webpage<https://dem.ri.gov/natural-resources-bureau/marine-fisheries/forms-permit-applications>. Eligibility requirements are found in the regulations<https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-23>, please review prior to submitting an application.
